This role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership, overseeing all aspects of the Spa business, including team development, financial performance, luxury service delivery and wellness programming. As a key member of the leadership team, the Spa Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing the resort as one of the leading luxury wellness destinations in the Dolomites.
