About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai within the Reservations Department, The Assistant Cluster Revenue Manager reports to the Director of Revenue Strategy.
As the Assistant Cluster Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

As the Director of Revenue Strategy we expect from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics
or related discipline preferred.
Work experience:
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience
in Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis, or Commercial Strategy within luxury
hospitality.
· Previous experience supporting
multiple properties or cluster commercial functions is preferred.
Job knowledge:
· Strong understanding of hotel revenue management principles and
practices.
· Knowledge of forecasting, pricing and inventory optimization techniques.
· Experience with Revenue Management Systems (e.g. IDeaS, D360/A360, Lighthouse,
etc.).
· Strong knowledge of hotel distribution channels, GDS, OTA and CRS
platforms.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query and
financial modeling.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable
recommendations.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
