About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai within the Sales Department, The Trainee - Sales Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director of Sales.

As Trainee - Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for the following duties:

• To perform secretarial duties and to support the Sales Team. Handle all administrative matters relating to the Sales and Marketing office and make decisions within scope of assigned authority.

As Trainee - Sales Coordinator, we expect from you: 

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant education
• luxury hotel experience is preferred
• A computer literate
