About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Spa & Wellness Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the Yoga Instructor is responsible for leading yoga sessions for guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience and to provide personal assistance to any individual booking private training sessions. The Yoga Instructor reports to the Spa & Wellness Operations Manager.

As Yoga Instructor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Conducts fitness and wellness classes professionally, following Mandarin Oriental standard procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and organisation of the Fitness & Wellness areas.
• Assists guests with their wellness journey, including fitness assessments and personal training.
• Monitors fitness program effectiveness and suggests improvements.
• Maintains and oversees fitness equipment, reporting issues and ensuring proper upkeep.
• Supports spa and wellness operations, assisting in guest experiences and other assigned departmental tasks.

As Yoga Instructor, we expect from you: 

• EU Passport or valid Residence Permit is mandatory to work in Greece.
• Degree of Physical Education and Sports Science & at least 200 hours Yoga certification.
• Minimum Experience of 2 years in a similar role. 
• Fluency in English.
