Departmental:
Fully responsible for the selection of candidates for the required job position in accordance with the job specification.
Should always oversee the possibility of filling the position by Saudi nationals by giving preferences to educated and well experienced Saudis.
Should convince/suggest the department heads for hiring the maximum number of Saudis in accordance with the government’s saudization program.
Should review all the approved applications prior to finalizing the recruitment and look for the possibility of filling the positions by Saudis.
Set achievable goals to support the government drive towards the Saudization Program.
Good relationships to be maintained with all universities from which we will recruit and coordinate the recruitment of their students.
Should make plans to have more summer trainees or local hires in giving opportunities to Saudis, and in the meantime should evaluate the candidates for possible employment after the required training.
Should coordinate with the department heads/assistants for all recruitment issues and should have a six-month forecast in order to secure visas. Obtaining the visas is also to be verified as per the requirement of the department in coordination with the Director of Human Resources.
Develop and implement a quarterly recruitment plan.
Organize job fairs both in KSA and primary sources of candidates.
Must post all vacant positions on the company website (PageUP).
Maintain a list or pool of qualified and available candidates.
Must communicate and follow up with all candidates in a timely and professional manner.
Act as a hotel “ambassador” at all times.
Requairments:
Previous experience with a 5-star hotel.
Strong communication skills.
Capacity to manage large-scale recruitment efforts with efficiency.
