Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Spa Concierge to join our award-winning Spa & Wellness team. As a Spa Concierge, you will play a key role in creating a memorable and personalized experience for each guest, reflecting the highest standards of Mandarin Oriental hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome all guests to the Spa, ensuring a gracious and personalized arrival experience.
Manage all aspects of guest bookings: schedule spa treatments, explain available services, and handle check-in/check-out procedures with professionalism and efficiency.
Conduct Spa tours for new guests and provide re-orientation for returning guests to highlight new offerings or updates.
Provide thorough and knowledgeable explanations of all Spa treatments, packages, and retail products.
Maintain exceptional product knowledge to assist with retail sales in the Spa Boutique.
Proactively identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in the Spa environment.
Handle all guest interactions in person and over the phone with genuine care and professionalism.
Optimize scheduling to ensure maximum therapist utilization and guest satisfaction.
Support Spa operations through collaborative teamwork and a flexible, helpful attitude.
Accurately perform opening and closing procedures as per operational standards.
Ensure daily use of Spa software (e.g., SpaSoft) for booking, billing, and service tracking.
Uphold the highest standards of appearance, punctuality, and professional conduct at all times.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. A degree from a hospitality or wellness school is a strong advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in a Spa, Wellness Center, or similar luxury hospitality environment.
Strong computer literacy is essential, with prior experience using Spa booking software (SpaSoft preferred).
Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for wellness and a natural ability to anticipate guest needs.
