We are looking for a qualified and passionate Asian Spa Therapist with expertise in traditional Asian wellness techniques such as Thai massage, Balinese massage, reflexology, Shiatsu, or Ayurveda. The ideal candidate will bring authentic healing practices, a warm personality, and a deep understanding of holistic therapies to enhance the spa journey of our guests.

 

 

The Spa Therapist will be responsible for:

  • Deliver exceptional spa treatments based on Asian healing traditions
  • Provide personalized service in accordance with Mandarin Oriental standards
  • Educate guests on the benefits of treatments and aftercare
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the treatment rooms
  • Assist in promoting spa services and products
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions

 

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a spa therapist, ideally in a luxury spa environment
  • Certification or formal training in traditional Asian therapies
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and wellness practices
  • Warm, empathetic, and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset
