At Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech, we are committed to delivering legendary service and creating unforgettable moments for our guests. We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Guest Experience Agent to join our Rooms Division team.

As a Guest Experience Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and personalized stay. You will be the main point of contact for pre-arrival, in-house, departure and post-departure guest experiences, supporting all departments to exceed expectations and build lasting guest relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and personalized welcome to all guests
  • Manage guest preferences and ensure tailored experiences throughout their stay
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure flawless service delivery
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally
  • Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to create memorable moments
  • Handle guest billing, currency exchange, and payments
  • Control guest folios and ensure daily accuracy
  • Handle guest departures in accordance with our standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in French and English
  • A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset
