As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Assist in the establishment and enforcement of meeting and conference sales proposals and communication standards.
  • Establish a rolling strategic sales action plan for the approval of the Director of Events prior to its implementation.
  • Assist in the establishment and enforcement of meeting and conference sales proposals and communication standards
  • Conduct regular sales activities to professional conference organizers, corporate meeting planners and relevant associations.
  • Coordinate closely with and provide detailed information to your coordinator to enable the operations to “look after” the client effectively while the event is in-house.
  • Develop strong repeat business and constantly source for new business. Daily Tele-marketing to search potential business Attend Weekly Group Review Meeting.
  • Update Delphi Sales & Catering account and contact profiles. Attend and participate in sales and business development meetings.
  • Implement and constantly review conference and meeting rates.
  • Provide feedback on relevant trends, competitor pricing, creative concepts and any other information that will contribute toward the achievement of departmental financial and hotel goals.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by your department head.
  • Follow up in-house groups Prepares all End of Month Reconciliations and Journal Entries to assist in Closing Process
