The Residences at Mandarin Oriental

Mandarin Oriental has experienced exponential growth in the development of The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, in combination with hotels, to form complex mixed-use projects.  Integral to the growth of the Mandarin Oriental footprint, Residences are a new paradigm, and as such require focused operational expertise.  In addition to the goal of delivering superior experiences and services to Residences owners, Mandarin Oriental is focused not only on the management of the Residences common areas to the very high standards our residents have become accustomed, but to continually improving our relationship with Residence owners over the long term.

Duties and Responsibilities

Implement and follow up MOHG IT related policies and procedures

Follow up and control IT&T routine checklists

Ensure ALL guest bedrooms have working HSIA and IRES Systemse

Assist hotel guests with the HSIA and IRES Systems

Attend daily operational meetings

Ensure ALL Conference and Meetings are set up if requested for all IT & T needs including Audio & Visual systems

Assist hotel colleagues with day to day issues

Take active role and assist for IT Project

Proactively prevent issues before they occur (Put procedures in place)

As and when required, take support calls out of hours

Escalate issues to the Area Director of IT

Support IT Compliance and take the necessary actions

Take active role for PCI & GDPR Compliance

Requirements

University graduate 

Experienced in Hotel IT Management at least for 5 years

Knowledge on PMS, POS, IRES, HSIA, Networking, Wifi, Security and Virtual Environment

Technical knowledge on Audio Visual systemse.

English and Turkish communication skills both written and spoken.

Prioritization skills necessary to meet deadlines

Strong problem solving skills
