Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok is looking for a Reservation Services Executive to join our Front Office Department team.

About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok within the Front Office Department, the Reservation Services Executive is responsible for overall guest satisfaction by greeting guests with a warm, sincere voice, recognizing and anticipating individual guest needs while ensuring a complete follow-up. The reports directly to the Reservation Services Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer the hotel’s main telephone number and connect guests to the correct telephone extension.
  • Greet all callers with warm and sincere greetings.
  • Process and confirm guest reservations made by clients for F&B and Spa on Seven Rooms and Spa Soft via email and telephone.
  • Accommodate and document special requests.
  • Answer questions about property facilities/services. Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue. Input all reservations into the computer, record all pertinent information and attend to inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of.

- All hotel restaurant food concepts, dress code, pricing, promotions, and ambiance.

- All hotel spa treatments, concept, pricing, promotions, and locations

As Reservation Services Executive, we expect you to have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a luxury establishment or luxury retail in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English and Thai.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle challenging tasks and situations effectively.
  • A results-oriented approach, with strong attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and motivation
