Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to Director of Marketing & Communications.
Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, to promote the hotel's offerings and unique experiences.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling marketing collateral, including website content, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the luxury hospitality sector.
Manage the hotel's online presence and social media management, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice across all platforms.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize campaign performance.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in luxury hospitality marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the hotel's competitive positioning and market share.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management roles within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably in a five-star hotel or resort setting.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Fluency in English is a must.
Creative thinking and a passion for innovation, with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and consumer preferences in the luxury travel market
