The Outlet Head Waiter will be responsible for the following:
To perform kind and generous service in always treating both guests and colleagues in a respectful manner while treasuring our colleagues as much as our delightful guests.
To attend pre-service briefings for daily updates, ensuring active and regular communication within the team and that all tasks are followed up efficiently prior to guest’s arrival.
Ensuring that the opening and closing of the outlet is organised. This includes making sure that there is always adequate mise en place, setting up the restaurant before the guest’s arrival and performing all duties related to the closing of the outlet.
Ensuring that all steps throughout the sequence of service are thoroughly followed and should there be any gaps or delay, to ask for help in a timely manner, so that the guest experience is not negatively impacted.
To understand and operate the POS system.
To prepare and present bills accurately.
To ensure service and Back of House areas are always kept clean and work is conducted according to the MOHG standards of FLHSS.
To perform any other reasonable duties as required by Management.

Must be able to relate to all levels of Guests and management.
Can handle multiple tasks at one time.
Be able to consistently delight and satisfy our Guest.
Very good communication skills are essential.
Must have excellent attention to detail.
Local and international food and beverage awareness is a plus.
