Main Responsibilities: 

  • Excellent product and sales knowledge 
  • Professional serving of food and drinks  
  • Preparing the required Mise en Place  
  • Professional advice and customer care for our guests  
  • Ensuring smooth work processes at your own station, while complying with our quality standards  
  • Supporting the restaurant management in their daily tasks  
  • Assisting in the preparation and implementation of special events  
  • Complying with hygiene regulations and cleanliness within the framework of the HACCP guidelines

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' relevant experience
  • A completed vocational training in the upscale hotel industry or gastronomy
  • Communicative skills
  • High level of commitment as well as a structured, results-oriented and independent way of working   
  • Engaging communication and expression skills, open-mindedness as well as teamwork skills    
  • Flexibility and resilience - your position includes weekend and holiday shifts   
  • Fluent in French & English
  • The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for service, food, lots of flair and creativity
  • Good IT skills, knowledge of the Infogenesis cash register system and the SevenRooms booking system would be an advantage 
  • Must be of smart appearance with excellent personal hygiene standards
