SHIFT PATTERN (40 hours, 5 days per week)

We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Rising Fan - Leader In Training to join our vibrant and dynamic Food & Beverage team.

Be part of the exclusive team hosting Mayfair’s newest and most exciting dining destination. As F&B Rising Fan at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London you will play an integral part in facilitating an experience like London has never known. 

As a F&B Rising Fan at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that any matters relevant to guest satisfaction are communicated appropriately, allowing for corrective measures to be taken.
  • Ensuring that ‘mise en place’ levels are kept to standards.
  • Assisting the Department Manager in implementing Legendary Quality Experiences throughout
  • Attending development workshops in accordance with your training timetable
  • Working on a group project throughout the training period
  • Meeting and greeting guests in a professional and efficient manner
  • Serving food and beverage according to hotel standards and guest needs

As a F&B Rising Fan, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
