We’re looking for an Event Sales Manager to join our iconic Sales & Marketing team.

As a Event Sales Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
To achieve budgeted revenues in Conference and Banqueting in keeping with the annual budget and marketing plan.
To handle all Event and small Group enquiries at Enquiry handling stage: Proposing, following up, contracting and carrying out site inspections to achieve high levels of conversion.
To handle all Event planning aspects: confirming final details, creating function sheets, carrying out operational site inspections, pre con meetings, attending weekly BEO meetings, following up after the event
Ensuring a detailed handover to Banqueting Team outlining the previous discussions, Opportunities to delight and Billing Details.
To ensure effective communication with other hotel departments to enable the smooth operation of in-house groups and functions.
To be a successful Event Sales Manager candidate, you will have a proven track-record in an Event Sales within the luxury hospitality industry. You are a passionate about luxury experience, build excellent rapport with clients, are detail oriented and diligent, whilst being able to adapt and deal with changing priorities.
