Corporate Revenue Operations Manager

The overall result expected is to enhance revenue management across hotels, ensuring adherence to standards, fostering collaboration between corporate and on-property teams, and driving continuous improvement in revenue-related practices.

The position exists to optimize revenue generation for the company through the development and implementation of effective Revenue Management tools, policies, and processes. The major expected results or objectives include maintaining a library of best practices, ensuring governance of revenue coding structures, conducting audits for consistency and accuracy, identifying areas for improvement, creating, and maintaining training materials, representing the department in technological initiatives, advancing system capabilities, providing daily support to hotels, and leading revenue-related projects.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience in roles involving cross-functional collaboration and support

Skills and Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of Revenue Management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard revenue management systems (e.g., SynXis, IDeaS G3, Lighthouse, TravelCLICK, IDeaS, STR, etc…).
  • Excellent Excel skills required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, conduct audits, and propose solutions for revenue optimization.
  • Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in leading and coordinating projects, new processes, and initiatives.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training materials.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage documentation, maintain a material repository, and oversee central sites efficiently.
  • Proactive mindset for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technological initiatives, industry advancements, and changes in revenue management systems.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities and the initiative to take ownership of training, projects, and the overall success of revenue-related initiatives.
  • English is required; additional language proficiency may be beneficial, especially in an international hospitality setting.
