The People and Culture Manager provides practical, consistent and proactive support, direction and advice to department managers on Human Resources procedures, policy and best practices to ensure the goals and objectives of the hotel are met. The position has responsibility and direct oversight of the Recruitment and Selection process, and will partner with Area Director of People and Culture on all Colleague Relation and Labor Relation matters.
The People and Culture Manager will report directly to the Area Director of People and Culture.
