Duties and responsibilities:
Greet our guests and make them feel welcomed in the Resort
Create outstanding arrival and departure experiences in different areas of the Resort, such as Resort main entrance or Resort private dock
Establish special conversations with guests, which identify personal preferences
Working alongside the team and our suppliers to create the perfect stay for our guests
Provide assistance and quality service for boat tours and other activities, in collaboration with the Front Office and Concierge teams
Be a source of information to guests on various matters such as Resort facilities, outlets and activities
Act as a guide when guests ask for directions and assist them to their destination within the Resort
Accommodate general and unique requests
Handle internal telephone calls
Diffuse conflicts or tense situations with guests
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Perform any other task as deemed appropriate by the management
Requirements:
Previous experiences in a similar position, preferably in a luxury environment
Full proficiency in English and Italian; an additional language is preferred
Be professional and willing to exceed guests' expectations with empathy and passion
Excellent communication and organization skills
Able to multi-task, to problem solve and to work well in a team environment
Flexible schedules and working hours plus the availability to work on week-ends and holidays
