It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will provide the highest level of customer focused service, to insure the guest experience is one that is beyond and expectations of the guest and aligned with our Legendary Quality Experiences.
The Spa Attendant is to provide personal assistance to any guest arriving for spa treatments, private training sessions, or use of the heat and water experiences.  Spa Attendants will provide tours of the spa facility and escort guests to and from treatments.  Spa Attendants will maintain the daily operating cleanliness, tidiness and ensure towel supplies are constantly replenished within following areas: locker room, fitness, indoor pool areas, and all applicable back of the house areas.
The Spa Attendant reports directly to the Spa Manager and directly communicates with and services guests.
