Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino is looking for a Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team.

About the job

Based at the Athens Offices of Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Sales & Marketing Department, the Sales Manager develops and executes strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. The Sales Manager reports to the Director of Sales.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. 
  • Drive sales initiatives to establish Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino as a premier luxury destination. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. 
  • Organize and attend client engagement and industry partners’ activities either at the resort or other national and international locations, when necessary.
  • Ensure a high-end luxury performance and communication style is followed in any opportunity given and respect the brand’s guidelines across the board.
  • Ensure all other administrative duties are completed to Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Standard Operating Procedures for the Sales Department.
  • Support company's philosophy and company culture using Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.
  • Promote a behavior that remains open to continuous learning, be willing to share knowledge among team members and focus on growing within their role.

As Sales Manager, we expect from you: 

  • EU Passport or valid Residence Permit is mandatory in order to work in Greece.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. 
  • Proven track record in luxury hotel sales, with a preference for candidates with a minimum of 4 years’ experience. 
  • Experience and a developed network of leisure and MICE contacts in the GCC and CIS regions and/or European Markets is an advantage. 
  • Proficient in English; fluency in Greek is a plus.
