Duties and Responsibilities

To carry out general administration and coordination duties of the Sales Office
To prepare BEO’s according to information supplied by the Sales team and distribute these to the relevant departments
To liaise with the Sales Executive ensuring that all hotel collateral is updated.
To conduct analysis of statistics and reports as directed by the Sales Team.
To liaise with the purchasing department and outside suppliers with regards to departmental administrative requirements.
