The role will require the implementation of Rooms Operations related systems implementations from configuration to trainings to documentation, including brand standards and setup. Assistance with hotel related business support needs, understanding of the business needs to communicate to vendors to support enhancements and improvements, and to collaborate as necessary with all departments on ensuring the strategic initiatives are kept on track. All other tasks as assigned by manager.
