As the Digital Learning and Innovation Manager, you’ll lead the optimisation of our learning platform, design engaging digital content, and support the development of a global learning architecture – including structured learning academies aligned to strategic priorities. You’ll combine creativity, technical skill, and strategic thinking to deliver high-impact learning experiences at scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Learning Ecosystem Management
- Configure and optimise our global learning system to deliver a seamless, intuitive user experience for colleagues
- Implement and manage learning system structures – including catalogues, user groups, tagging, and access rules – to support scalable, globally consistent learning delivery
- Leverage platform functionality to support business-aligned learning experiences and initiatives
- Manage learning system integration with Workday to ensure consistency of colleague data, learning records, and alignment with talent processes
- Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure platform stability and effectiveness
- On-boarding and training of new hotels, residences and offices to the system
2. Content Design & Development
- Create engaging digital learning content across a variety of formats, including SCORM-based eLearning, microlearning, and video
- Work with subject matter experts to translate business priorities into scalable and impactful digital learning assets
- Maintain and refresh digital content to reflect evolving business needs and ensure relevance
- Adapt existing in-person or localised learning offerings to more scalable, digital-friendly formats suitable for a global audience, including translations.
3. Learning Architecture & Experience
- Contribute to the redesign of our global learning architecture, including the development of structured learning academies and role-based pathways
- Curate and deliver learning solutions that are intuitive, relevant, and aligned to strategic goals
- Support the evolution of a consistent, branded, and high-quality learning experience across all digital touchpoints
4. Engagement, Enablement & Campaigns
- Train and support Hotel and Corporate L&D and P&C teams in using digital tools and creating localised content
- Design and implement learning campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across regions and functions
- Act as the primary contact for user support and troubleshooting, ensuring a positive end-user experience
5. Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor learning system usage and content engagement, drawing insights from platform analytics and feedback
- Report regularly to stakeholders and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of digital learning
- Stay up to date with trends and innovations in digital learning, AI in learning, and learner experience platforms – and recommend tools or approaches to enhance impact
- Advise on vendor partners and manage relationships.
Key Competencies and Experience
- Experience configuring and managing a global learning system platform, with a strong understanding of system implementation and learner experience
- Proven experience integrating learning platforms with Workday or similar systems to ensure data flow and process alignment
- Proficiency in learning tools such as Articulate, Storyline 360, Canva, Office 365 and video editing skills using tools such as Camtasia or Veed
- Understanding of learning architecture models and experience designing learning journeys
- Strong external network, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work across cultures and functions
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Experience in luxury hospitality or a global, service-led environment is a plus
