About the role:
As a Room Service Night Waiter/Waitress, you play a key and independent role in the daily night operation of our Room Service department. Ensuring excellent service is delivered in line with our hotel's high standards will be your primary focus. Within this role you will serve dishes straight from our Kitchen all the way up in the guest rooms and suites. From delivering full multi-course in-room dining experiences or providing a midnight snack for guests returning from a night out, you will be at the forefront of delivering unparalleled service. As a Night Waiter/Waitress, you also take responsibility for the cleanliness and efficient organisation within the department, while keeping to our strict HACCP rules and standards. Reporting directly to the Room Service Manager, you will be an important part of our team.

To be a successful Room Service Night Waiter/ Waitress candidate, you will have:

• Prior experience in room service positions at high-end hotels (nights is a bonus);
• Affinity with European food and wine;
• Excellent knowledge of English language (Dutch is a bonus);
• Living in or around Amsterdam.
