About the job

 As Reservations Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • To control room availability.
  • To supervise reservation employees to efficiently carry out their routine work.
  • To be responsible for all kinds of room reservations.
  • To train new employees.
  • To prepare reports and other documents i.e. Room Reservation Weekly Forecast, VIP or State Visit lists.
  • To control reservation communication costs.
  • To minimize the reservation communication costs.
  • To supervise and prepare Room Reservation Weekly forecast.

As Reservations Sales Manager, we expect from you: 

  • This senior role requires extensive experience in the same position within other luxury hospitality businesses. Local experience is preferred.
  • A passion for service, leadership and team building.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Thai.
  • Excellent knowledge of all relevant applications.
  • A desire to build a long term career within the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
