As Pastry Kitchen Commis at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid, within the Gastronomic Restaurant Deessa**, is responsible for assisting in the preparation, production, and presentation of pastries and desserts while maintaining high standards of hygiene and kitchen organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the bosses collecting and organizing them in the corresponding storage.
Inform the boss of the ingredient quantities when stock levels are low and make sure there is always enough stock for the day to day.
Store the ingredients in specific containers, making sure they are preserved and labeled according to the company's standard.
Clean and disinfect work surfaces, tools, utensils, and work area before and after use, as indicated by the food safety standard.
Report on the problems of cleaning and maintenance of the kitchens, supporting the daily checks carried out by the bosses.
Support other points of sales and banquets if those are requested by the bosses.
Attend and participate in all meetings and trainings, required as scheduled.
Perform any other task, as required by the bosses.

What We Expect from You:
Preferably, diploma in culinary arts.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working as assistant pastry cook.
Basic experience in food preparation and cooking.
Food Handling Certificate
