        Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong guest relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Personally engage with VIPs and regular guests, ensuring personalized service.
  • Implement guest recognition programs to enhance guest loyalty.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Ensure that the restaurant maintains Forbes and LQE (Legendary Quality Experience) standards at all times.
  • Conduct regular mystery guest evaluations and implement action plans for improvement.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Ensure structured onboarding for new hires and continuous training for all employees.
  • Implement cross-training programs to enhance team flexibility and efficiency.
  • Provide real-time coaching to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and create individual development plans for team members.
  • Drive sales growth and revenue strategies through effective menu pricing and upselling.
  • Ensure strict cost control on payroll, food & beverage costs, and operating expenses.
  • Analyze P&L reports monthly and create action plans for improving revenue and profitability.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team to attract more guests.
  • Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations, from opening to closing procedures.
  • Monitor service flow, table turnover, and seating optimization.
  • Implement and enforce sequence of service to maintain consistency.
  • Ensure all OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) are well-maintained and in optimal condition.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to review menu changes, food quality, and portion control.
  • Work with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for attracting corporate clients and private dining reservations.
  • Stay updated with F&B industry trends and guest expectations to keep the outlet competitive.
  • Introduce innovative guest experiences, such as themed dining events and tasting menus.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, hygiene (HACCP), and fire safety regulations.
  • Implement sustainability initiatives such as reducing food waste and single-use plastics.
  • Oversee proper handling, storage, and disposal of food and beverages.

    Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant financials, cost control, and revenue management.
  • Excellent communication skills and guest engagement abilities.
  • Understanding of marketing, promotions, and digital branding trends.
