About the Job

The Multi-property Director of Revenue Strategy is a strategic leadership role dedicated to optimizing revenue and profitability across 2 or 3 properties. This position is responsible for designing and executing pricing strategies informed by market demand, competitive dynamics, and historical performance. It involves leading forecasting efforts, analyzing trends, and identifying revenue opportunities through data-driven insights.

The role encompasses oversight of inventory control and channel distribution, ensuring optimal availability and visibility across all booking platforms. It requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with broader business objectives. A key aspect of the position is staying ahead of market conditions and competitor activity, using proactive intelligence to adjust strategies and seize emerging opportunities.

Effective communication of revenue strategies and performance insights to stakeholders is essential, fostering alignment and informed decision-making across departments. This role demands a commercially astute, analytical leader capable of driving results across a diverse portfolio.

As Multi-Property Director of Revenue Strategy, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Strategy Development: lead the development and implementation of comprehensive business plans aligned with the company's strategic direction.
  • Revenue Optimization: establish and implement pricing strategies based on market conditions and revenue targets.
  • Distribution Strategy: directs and manages all channel distribution strategies. Ensure and maintain a high Distribution health score for the hotel.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitive conditions, economic indicators and analyze supply and demand to inform decision-making.
  • Forecasting: Produce accurate forecasts to enable operations to react to changes in the business.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operational leadership to provide data analysis and support revenue performance.
  • Business Acumen: leverages Revenue Management analytics, technologies, processes, tools, and training programs to optimize hotel profits.
  • Team Development: motivates, leads, coaches, and manages all aspects of team members’ performance towards achieving exceptional KPIs results.
  • Stakeholders’ relationship: promotes a robust Revenue Management culture across all revenue-generating departments within each hotel, ensuring comprehensive understanding and application of RM principles. Clearly articulates a compelling vision for Total Hotel Profit Optimization to all stakeholders, including owners. Engage actively in discussions and presentations with ownership.
  • Communication: Prepare/review the revenue strategy packet and reports and lead the revenue strategy meeting to ensure alignment with business goals.

As Multi-Property Director of Revenue Strategy​, we expect from you:

  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years Director of Revenue Management experience with MOHG or another hotel company.
  • Comprehension of all transient segments, their respective sales processes, markets, demands, sales deployment, client development and goal setting process.
  • Comprehension of group sales processes and group sales demands.
  • Comprehension of the reservation sales processes.
  • Effective time management, communication, and professional presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, well organised and detail orientated.
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Able to travel when required.
