We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Marketing & Communications Manager to join our passionate team at Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech.


This role supports the strategic vision of the department by coordinating and executing all marketing, PR, and digital initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure flawless implementation, brand consistency, and effective collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Visual Content

  • Define creative direction and tone for photo and video shoots.

  • Approve shot lists and visual concepts prepared by the Coordinator.

  • Review and validate final edits with photo/video teams.

  • Ensure brand alignment and high quality of all visual assets.

Collaterals Creation

  • Supervise the creation of all marketing and communication collaterals.

  • Validate production quality and printed deliverables.

Public Relations

  • Oversee media and influencer collaborations.

  • Approve press materials and ensure message alignment with brand tone.

  • Strengthen relationships with key media and strategic partners.

  • Attend regular calls with the PR agency and corporate team.

Digital Campaigns

  • Supervise implementation of global and local campaigns.

  • Participate in calls with agencies and corporate digital teams to align initiatives.

Social Media

  • Define content direction, visual mood, and editorial tone.

  • Approve monthly content calendars before posting.

CRM

  • Supervise eDM planning and creative direction to ensure effective communication with guests and audiences.

Team Management

  • Supervise and guide the Marketing & Communications Coordinator and Graphic Designer.

Reporting & Administration

  • Review monthly reports and consolidate key performance insights.

  • Approve NIPs and ensure compliance with departmental procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in marketing or communications, ideally within luxury hospitality.

  • Strong creative vision with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and CRM systems.

  • Fluent in English and French; Arabic is an advantage.
