Duties and Responsibilities

To manage cleaning and set up laundry and storage rooms for opening.

Views all unit types in building and understand linens in building.

Understands how everything operates in laundry room ie. Washer, dryer, folding linen,press,chemicals.etc.

Makes monthly discard linen report.

Reports the daily residence uniforms and linens kg makes monthly report as well.

Manages and participates linens inventory on for rooms spa,f&b,public areas.

Manages any other reasonable request as made by the Executive Housekeeper.

Manages carreing laundry bags from floors in hotel to laundry room.

Manages cleaning, drying and folding all laundry.

Manages clean and maintain laundry room areas while keeping up with standards set by MOBOD.

Manages of distributing all linen and maintaining any linen supplies to the pantries.

Ensures high level of guest service is maintained at all times

Assists guests with all questions and reasonable requests

Manages how to clean,dry and fold F&B,Spa and other public area linens.

Manages to operate outcome laundry.

Manages public area linens folding and delivering of guest laundry to the guest room.

Prepares the yearly budget and monthly forecast.according to MOBOD SOP’s.

Performs any other duties as assigned to him/her by management.

To understand and strictly adhere to the Hotel’s Employee rules & regulations.

To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health & Safety.

To ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and rectified immediately.
