As a IT Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:
As a IT manager, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week and will include occasional weekend and bank holidays coverage, so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful IT manager candidate, you will have previous experience in luxury hotels, enjoy managing a small team and have a keen focus on motivating and developing your team. In this role clear and consistent communication is key, ensuring our key stakeholders are kept informed. Server and infrastructure knowledge is desirable.
