About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the IT Department in Milan, the IT Coordinator intern supports all colleagues and IT team. The intern reports to the IT Director.

As IT Coordinator intern, you will responsible for the following duties:

• Categorize IT needs requests
• Supporting the Admin task of the IT Department
• Assist with SOPs and inventory tasks
• Have a solid knowledge of using PCs, Laptops and Office suite
• Assist the IT Department in logging cases of hotel guests’ requests

As IT Coordinator intern, we expect from you: 

• Fluent English and Italian
• Computer system training
• College Education or equivalent highly preferred
• Problem solving
