About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo / within the Finance Department in Tokyo, the Income Audit Assistant is responsible for the confirmation, record, management, and report the hotel sales and related transactions.

The Income Audit Assistant reports to the Assistant Director of Finance.

As Income Audit Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

・Daily audit tasks

・Report generation

・Filing of report

・To assist in the month-end closing

・Coordination with CapGemini

・In other tasks assigned by the supervisor

As Income Audit Assistant, we expect from you:

・Japanese language skill (Fluent)

・English language skill (Conversational or above)

・PC skill (Microsoft Word, Excel etc)

・Already lives in Japan and able to start work soon

Financeの部門において、ホテルの売り上げや関連する取引の確認・記録・管理・レポーティングをご担当頂きます。

具体的には売上データの確認・精査、売上関連レポートの作成、月次および年次決算補助、会計監査・内部監査対応、内部統制・コンプライアンス管理をご担当頂きます。PCスキル（Word, Excel）やビジネスレベルの日本語スキル、日常会話レベル以上の英語スキルが必要です。
