Ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure in accordance to standards and procedures manual and the Legendary Quality Experience (LQE)
Promote and recognize opportunities to provide guest service above and beyond all expectation
Monitor correct handling of all guest requests
Guestrooms and Public Areas:
Perform daily inspection guestrooms and corridors and back of house pantry areas, to ensure that the highest standards are met.
Monitor progress; ensure completion of guest rooms always referring to the guest’s arrival time as a reference.
Guests’ Requests Handling:
Respond to guest questions. Provide guest assistance, direction and information as requested.
Conduct daily communication meetings with Room Attendants to ensure that all guest special requests are met.
Perform line level functions in emergency situations.
General Management:
Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.
Motivate, train, supervise, evaluate and discipline all Room Attendants.
Follow and implement the daily and weekly planned assignments given by the Executive Housekeeper.
Perform administrative duties such as updating room status and engineering requests.
Maintain an ongoing Safe & Sound program in your designated area.
