About the job
Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris the Hotel Manager reports directly to the Managing Director, whom they support on a daily basis and replace in their absence, they are responsible for coordinating all hotel operations, including accommodation, food and beverage services, technical maintenance, the spa, as well as quality and safety management.
As Hotel Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:
As Hotel Manager we expect from you:
Proven experience as an Hotel Manager in a luxury establishment (palace or 5-star hotel)
Natural leadership, attention to detail, high standards, and expertise in providing ultra-personalized service.
Strong organizational skills, priority management, strategic vision, and ability to anticipate needs.
Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills.
Fluent in both French and English, both written and spoken.
Solid knowledge of office tools and hospitality industry software.
