Conservatorium Hotel is looking for a Groups & Events Executive to join our Sales team.

As Groups & Events Executive you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Managing existing relationships with our key accounts; identify and prospect new business opportunities;
  • Coordinating events with the utmost care for personalisation of the events and group bookings to the requirements of ours clients and partners;
  • Build on existing relationships with our clients and partners to increase the brand awareness for the Conservatorium Hotel and Mandarin Oriental;
  • Ensure close collaboration with the other teams of the commercial department (Reservations, Revenue, Sales and Marketing), as well as the operational Banqueting team to ensure the quality;
  • Operate within the department’s business strategies, pricing and rate structures.

 

As Groups & Events Executive we expect from you: 

  • Prior experience in similar positions within the luxury hospitality market;
  • Experience with selling and coordinating bespoke events;
  • Experience with reservations systems and commercial software;
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language;
  • Flexibility to occasionally work different shift patterns to support events and meet clients.
