Graphic Designer

  • Develop creative designs for the hotel, including brochures, menus, banners, advertisements, social media content, signage, and email templates.
  • Ensure that collaterals produced adhere to corporate and branding guidelines for product artwork consistency and compliance with communication and visual strategy, MOHG editorial, and corporate branding.
  • Collaborate with all departments within the Hotel to develop designs for seasonal promotions, pop-up events, and campaigns and produce layouts for print and digital platforms that convey the hotel's branding and messaging.
  • Apply branding consistently across all visual mediums, including logos, typography, and colour schemes, guaranteeing consistency across all media channels, including social media.
  • Conceptualise, plan, and execute internal photo or video shoots, occasionally necessitating coordination.
  • Coordinate with internal colleagues and external suppliers to ensure the hotel's visual/ collateral content resonates with its identity.

  • Monitors the progress of all projects, including maintaining project files and archives, and provides continuous communication to the Sales & Marketing and/or project team regarding ongoing project and status updates.
  • Research and identify specialised contracts and vendor assistance to complete design-related projects. Coordinate, manage, and monitor the outside services of speciality products, designers, illustrators, photographers, and vendors. Verify expenses and monitor vendor performance.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head.

Job Requirement:

  • At least two years of experience in the hospitality industry, graphic design/ university, or a college degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, HTML, CSS, Flash, Word and PowerPoint and able to converse in English and Chinese.
  • Experience with video production and working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere.
  • Takes creative direction and works independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Have the ability to work within established branding guidelines and understand the importance of maintaining brand standards.
  • Experience with photo and video production and art direction, showcasing a keen eye for detail and a creative vision that aligns with our brand's ethos.
