As a Front Office Intern, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Assist the Front Office team with daily operations and guest service activities.
• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with guest arrival and departure arrangements under the guidance of Front Office colleagues.
• Support the team with check-in and check-out preparation and related administrative duties.
• Assist in responding to guest requests and enquiries promptly and courteously.
• Provide guests with general information regarding hotel facilities, services and local attractions. 
• Assist in gathering and updating guest preferences to support personalized service and guest recognition. 
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Services and other hotel departments as required to support smooth daily operations. 
• Assist with the preparation of Front Office reports, documents, guest correspondence and other administrative tasks. 
• Provide guests with general information regarding hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Assist in gathering and updating guest preferences to support personalized service and guest recognition.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Services and other hotel departments as required to support smooth daily operations.
• Assist with the preparation of Front Office reports, documents, guest correspondence and other administrative tasks.
• Support the Front Office team in monitoring guest requests and ensuring appropriate follow-up. 

As a Front Office Intern, we expect from you: 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 
• Students seeking practical hotel experience as part of an internship or work-placement programme are welcome.
• Excellent communication in English and Mandarin.
