About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai within the Housekeeping Department, The Floor Manager reports to the Executive Housekeeper.
As Floor Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:
The Floor Manager (Floor Supervisor) manages all aspect of their assigned area. They will manage all guest requests and ensure cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas.
As Floor Manager we expect from you:
University Graduate
Good knowledge in Hotel Management.
Experience in Customer service
Experience in people management
Self-confident and in control when under pressure
Able to converse with ease with multinational guests
Takes corrective action and follow-up
Good level of spoken English and Mandarin
