Introduction to Income Audit position, central position in the hotel grouping and controlling the revenues from all the point of sales of the hotel including Front Office, Food and Beverage and Spa.

• Generates the daily revenue report for the hotel
• Control over the F&B allocation for entertainments and discounts performed daily in the different outlets
• Review of the front office and spa adjustments
• Assist Income Auditor in the monthly Gift Certificate and Card inventories Performs the Open Table audit of outlet weekly
• Responsible for the preparation of daily House Account and Full Audit Summary
• Performs F&B Price Audit Variance Quarterly
• Prepare various reports as assigned by the Finance Department Stock control (lists and inventory)
