We’re looking for a Commis de Rang to join our iconic Dinner by Heston Blumenthal team.

As a Commis de Rang at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

• Mise en place including polishing plates, glassware, cutlery, folding napkins
• Ensuring all restaurant stations are fully stocked
• Ensuring Chef’s pass both in the kitchen and pastry kitchen are always fully stocked
• Delivering food from the Chef’s pass to the station on trays
• Serving bread and hot beverages to guests

As a Commis de Rang, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 45 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be successful Commis de Rang candidate, you will have a good level of English, previous experience working in a restaurant.
