We are looking for a Banquet & Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing Team.  

The Banquet & Sales Manager is responsible for driving banquet and event sales while ensuring seamless planning and execution of all events within the hotel. This role combines proactive sales efforts with hands-on operational oversight to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with the hotel’s standards of luxury and excellence.

The Banquet & Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Proactively solicit and secure banquet and event business through sales calls, networking, and client relationship development.

  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow-ups for potential clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Collaborate with the F&B, culinary, and operations teams to plan and execute events according to client specifications and hotel standards.

  • Oversee all aspects of event execution, including setup, menu coordination, audiovisual needs, and guest flow.

  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering personalized service and promptly resolving any concerns or issues.

  • Monitor banquet sales performance and report on key metrics, forecasts, and budgets.

  • Maintain an updated knowledge of industry trends, local market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in banquet or event sales within a luxury hotel or high-end event venue.

  • Strong understanding of event planning, logistics, and operations.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in hotel management systems is preferred.

  • Fluency in French & English is required; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

  • A team player with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
