We are seeking a dynamic and creative Public Relations Manager to elevate our restaurants brand’s presence and engage with our community.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in public relations and marketing.

 

The F&B PR Manager will be responsible for:

  • Guest Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to create a loyal customer base. Actively seek feedback and implement improvements based on guest experiences.
  • Database Management: Build and maintain a comprehensive database of guests, including preferences, special occasions, and feedback, to personalize outreach and enhance guest experiences.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute exclusive events and promotions that encourage guest participation and enhance the dining experience.
  • Community Relations: Establish partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to promote the restaurant and engage with the community.
  • Outreach Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to attract new guests and encourage repeat visits, including targeted outreach through email marketing and social media.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Reporting: Track and analyze guest engagement metrics and feedback, providing regular reports to management on trends and areas for improvement.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for enhancing guest experiences and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Fluent in French and English.
