Duties and Responsibilities
Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Departmental Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.
Report dysfunctional equipment to the Director of Spa & Wellness.
Ensure that accident/incident investigations are completed accurately for all wellness guests.
Liaise with the Director of Spa & Wellness to ensure the implementation of any safety and training as a result of accident/incident reviews.
Work alongside the Director of Spa & Wellness by suggesting new wellness activities (services and programs) to continually enhance the guest experience.
Analyze guest feedback at all times and ensure that this is shared.
To assist in the smooth flow of the wellness activities (& other wellness-related guests) journey throughout the day.
Responsible for guest coordination of all wellness programs and services within the resort (both by insourced, and outsourced providers - as applicable).
Assist in Coordinating and executing (where possible), training for all colleagues in accordance to MOHG and LQA standards. Work with external trainers where required.
Requirements
Three years experience in similar positions in a luxury hotel operation
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
Excellent overall communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and power Point
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Able to multi-task
Training and coaching skills
Enthusiastic about training, managing and motivating a Team
