Ensure that all audiovisual equipment and lighting of all function room are in order and good working condition to facilitate the smooth running of daily events
Advise and assist in the planning, selection, production and supply of audiovisual materials
Develop functional and operational test procedures to evaluate quality and performance of video or audio reception, production and transmission to meet hotel standards
Perform preventive maintenance of audiovisual equipment
Monitor and maintain inventory records of audiovisual equipment
Provide advise to external or internal guests in analyzing technical difficulties
Attend BEO Meetings
Be guided by and adhere to the MOHG standards
Provide the AV Team with clear objectives, constant feedback and training to further enhance department’s level of service.
Job Requirements
Able to do shifts and work on weekends, 5 day work week
Service-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
