Located on the southwest coast of the Peloponnese, one of the most unspoiled and breath-taking landscapes in the Mediterranean, and 45 minutes’ drive from Kalamata International Airport.

The beachfront resort is part of the sustainable resort destination of Costa Navarino, a well-established tourism destination which includes 3 other resorts. It comprises of 99 suites and villas, all with outdoor terraces and sea views, along with seven restaurants and bars.

Scope of Position:

As the first and last point of contact between our Guests and our Resort, the Airport Representative & Gate Ambassador plays a crucial role in delivering a seamless and memorable experience. This role involves warmly welcoming and farewelling guests, assisting with airport arrivals and departures, and providing guidance at the resort gates.

Duties & Responsibilities:

At the Airport:

  • Greets arriving guests with a warm welcome and provides assistance through immigration, baggage collection, and customs.
  • Escorts departing guests to check-in counters and ensures a smooth departure experience.
  • Coordinates with transport services to arrange seamless transfers to and from the resort.
  • Provides information on resort services, special events, and local attractions.
  • Assists with any special requests, such as VIP services, wheelchair assistance, or last-minute travel changes.

At the Resort Gate:

  • Welcomes and guides Resort Guests and Restaurant Guests upon arrival.
  • Ensures smooth entry and exit for guests while maintaining a high level of security and efficiency.
  • Assists with buggy requests during peak hours, ensuring timely and organized transportation within the resort.
  • Provides information on resort amenities, events, and dining options.
  • Communicates with the front office, concierge, and other resort departments to coordinate guest services.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • 2 years' experience in a similar or doorperson role.
  • Fluency in English. Greek or any other additional language will be considered as a plus.
