As a Sommelier you will need to:
To perform all duties related to restaurant opening and closing.
To attend pre-service briefings for daily updates.
Excellent knowledge of all food and beverage items served in Akira Back venues.
To ensure that mise-en-place levels are kept to standards.
To meet and greet guests in a professional and efficient manner.
To recommend and serve wine and other beverages to hotel and guest requirements.
To ensure that all beverages are correctly charged.
To ensure that all beverages are stored securely.
