Social Media:

  • Responsible for managing all Web, Digital & Social Media platforms for MOQNM with major focus on building the growth of our MOQNM’s Social Media Channels (Main focus in Sina Weibo, WeChat, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, , Google+) following base with online activities such as contests, games etc.
  • Planning, implementing and executing all social media and digital related promotions to build continuous growth for MOQNM’s social media foundation – curating and creating visual and written content
  • Development of Monthly content strategy for all social media activities – liaising where appropriate with the relevant departments within the hotel to secure the needed information
  • Close liaison with our Corporate Social Media Team to craft specific promotions via social media
  • Responsible for overseeing MOQNM's digital media strategy internationally, including Mainland China
  • Responsible for our Monthly Reporting on Social Media statistics and analytics

 

Website:

  • Ensuring that hotel website is continuously updated and changes are submitted to head office, in correct format as needed
  • Responsible for managing all web platforms for MOQNM.
  • Responsible for all monthly website content updates as well as menu updates for Food & Beverage team, Spa, Rooms and any other department
  • Responsible for daily monitoring of competitor movements and promotions, as well as our monthly competitor reports
  • Daily monitoring and replying in a timely fashion of travel review websites including but not limited to the following:  WeChat, Sina Weibo,TripAdvisor, Facekbook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram,Website Contact Us submission, Ctrip, Daodao via website and Brand Karma notifications and more
  • Responsible for our Monthly Reporting on Web Analytics and Social Media statistics

 

On-line Partners:

  • Planning, implementing and executing all social media and digital related promotions to build continuous growth for MOQNM ’s social media foundation
  • Liaising and build relationships with on-line partners on promotional opportunities such as competitions, promotions, events, etc.

 

On-line Media and Travel Bloggers:

  • To act alongside the Director of Marketing Communications as the Web PR for MOQNMJ, the voice of the hotel
  • Maintain and build close relationships with leading industry related bloggers and web editors in China and overseas. And to maintain a daily conversation and update them with relevant information. Continuous pitching to food and travel bloggers with hotel tours and entertainments

 

Other:

  • Assists with developing an overall, annual direct marketing plan for MOQNM
  • Attend Marcomm Meetings on a weekly basis and keep the minutes updates
  • Mentors and trains departmental marketing trainees
