As a Guest Services Officer in The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for
- Be responsible for all Front Office duties including but not limited to greeting guests, providing efficient check-in & check-out service, handling billings and payments as well as delivering quality room orientation
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Handle administrative tasks such as updating guest profiles and preparing regular reports
- Assist to execute the guest recognition programme and drive enrolment
- Be attentive to guest needs throughout their stays and provide assistance proactively
Requirements:
- Degree holder in hospitality management or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in luxury hotels
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service
- Pleasant, dynamic, service-orientated, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin), knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
